We have a small but highly professional team of experts. We are guided by a board of directors and a technical and support teams. The technical director or the Chief Executive Officer with support of a technical staff coordinates all the firm’s activities. ECOCOA’s in-house capacity comprises a core team of professionals with a myriad of technical expertise including; environmentalists, natural resource management specialists, socio-economists, wildlife experts, micro finance specialists, rural development experts, energy specialists, agriculturalists, rural/community development experts and tourism experts. We have a fully functional secretariat with a small but competent support staff. All the firm’s tasks are only handled by lead experts with technical background commensurate to the task.
We have a strong network of associate consultants who can offer professional and technical support as and when needed. Expertise includes legal, entrepreneurship and finance, agricultural economics, agriculture and livestock, information technology and engineering among others.
